the end of advanced 2 !!

i still cannt believe that our beatific advanced 2 time has almost finished. i swear that i am feeling very very sad now because just after one week, we will go separate and it's so hard to have a time to sit together and talk like what we did in last 9 weeks. fortunately, we still have this blog to communicate with each other. now, my friends in level 7 are making a plan to have a party but it is very hard to make everybody coming because each of us has different kinds of things to solve. i gonna treature more about the last week even though we gonna have exams everyday. however, i think that exams for us are not problems at this time because we learnt so many different kinds of things in the last 9 weeks so that let's do it just for fun. hah~~~~~~

without question, every thing we did in the last 9 weeks has its own values because we can see our progress so clear. at the begining, when lili and adrianne showed us that papers done by pevious students, nobody in our class believed that we could do the same job. However, we did and i think that our papers are well done so that we have to say thank you to our two dear teachers Lili and Adrianne because they gave us huge amouts of helps in the last 9 weeks.

for this blog program, it has its specific and particular value. for instance, classmates can see each others' progress at the different time; we can communicate with each other in a different way; we can have a approach to talk with each other when we are separate. please keep doing this program, i like it.

Advertisement

Based on my own experiences, i think that advertisements can influence people's minds. Some times people will buy some stuffs which are not useful just because they saw some attractive advertisements such as some big sales or last minute sales.
for example, i was always influenced by some advertisements from flyers such as Futureshop's flyers because some stuffs seemed so cheap at some time and its too attractive. however, after i bought that, i felt that i just waist my money.

i strongly agree that there are too many advertisements in nowsdays and it is hard to control the advertisement because people always can find some flyers from different companies in their mail boxes even though they did not order that. I always see some big advertisements on the high ways side such as FIDO's new cellphone and Bell's new contract which will be very dangerous if drivers look at these advertisements while they are driving.

Feeling of My Paper

this is my first time to write a paper in English so that i had so many mistakes that need LIli and Adrianne to help and correct. at the beginning, i thought that the paper was just for practise so that we don't need to do it so serious and strict. However, i found that everybody in our class worked so hard that i realized that i need to think about it. now, i know why Lili and Adrianne was so strict to our papers because they want to help us prepare very well for our university lives where many many papers are waiting for us.

i still remember when i give the first part of my paper to Lili and Adrianne that they just gave their feedback next day's morning with huge amount of corrections.Hah~~~ after i gave my second draft of the first part, they just gave me back again and also with many new corrections. at that time, I didnot understand why she desire our papers must perfect because i thought we are still student who are learning English as the second language. since i finished my paper, i realized that i have already learnt most of rules very very well for a university paper project. i just want to say thank you to my two teachers who spent most of their time on helping us.

last week, we have had half of our classmates' presentation done. everybody did a perfect and fabulous job. i think it is very interesting to listen their presentations because each of them has totally different topics and it is like to listen each person's life experiences. i got a lot fun and knowledge from their presentations. i hope i will also give you a intertesting presentation on Monday!!!!!!

My paperrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

i think that everybody in our class worked very hard on their papers in last few weeks.
at the beginning, i wanted to write a paper to compare chineses architecture and western auchitecture but i found its too hard to found similar information to compare so that i changed to write only about Chinese architecture. On last friday, when i started to write my paper i found that i read too many useless articlesin last 2 weeks. it is very very very hard to start and choose my main ideas so that i thought i lost my way. however, i found its not very hard to write when i finished my first two pages but i still need to work a lot on organizing my paper and choosing some interesting main ideas which must be very easy to understand because Chinese architecture is too complicated.
now i have finished about 8 to 9 pages of my paper. i will spend more time on my paper this week because i want to write a good and interesting paper.

Computer games literacy


When I was eleven years old, I first got touch with computer and computer games. I thought that computer games were amazing because I could control some characters in some games and I thought that I was the character and in the game which I was playing. I spent most of my time on playing computer games at that time. After, there were more and more people began to use computers and play computer games. Most people wanted to compare with each other in order to show who the best player in the game is so that I had to spend more time to practice the game because I did not want to lose either. Moreover, I learnt the importance of team works. For instance, my friends and I organized some computer games such as Counter Strike, we spent a huge amount of time not only on practicing personal skills but also on team works. After we won the game, every one of our group stopped playing the game and we started to learn another computer game together. However, I found that computer games took too many of my time and most of my courses were failed so that I decided to stop playing computer games until I finish my study years. Population

I like this midterm's topic-population issue because it is a topic which is really closed to our real lifes. i did not know about that in some developed countries the population is decreasing.
In japan, women donot want to have children because they have to work and earn money so that their poplulation is decreasing. some old people in japan, they donot have their children to take care of them because their children have to earn money for their lives so that they donot have enough time to look after their parents. in China, i think we have the similar issue that people have to pay more attention on their works so that they do not have enough time with their families. Also, chinese women are more likely to have their babies as late as possible. however, it is a good news for china because there are too many people in china and we have to keep our population going down.
in one word, population issue is not a problem for one or two countries but for our world. different countries have different kinds of problems about population. they have to work together to solve it!!!

after today's lecture, i realized why men have so many differences with women. I think it's true that men are always devoid of eye contact when they talk to others. Based on my own experiences, culture differences play an really important role in this issue. For instance, in China, if you keep looking at a girl's eyes when you are tlaking with her, it's not very polite. Moreover, I realized that in a lecture, the lecturer should have abilities to attract your audiences to listen so that the lecture can choose some good and funny examples for his/her lecture because those small examples not only can help your audiences anderstand you but also can attract your audiences keep listening.

Happiness

Happiness can be having a good friend, being together with family and even just receiving a smile sometimes. The Chinese Spring Festival is coming in this month. It’s the most important celebration in China. Everyone is happy during that time because people can stay together, talk about what happened in the last year, share their feelings and pleasure and help each other solve some problems which happened last year. Otherwise, happiness has closed relationship between delight, enjoyment, health, satisfaction, money and friends. I was very happy in January because I was in China at that time and I could see all of my friends and my parents. For me, happiness is very simple. I just want to spend all my time with my family and friends, share what we have together and have a special space which created by ourselves. Hah~~~ one more thing is that I have to have enough moneyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
